"I am born in Nederland 1959 and life in Oslo since 7 years. I finished my education at the sculpture department at the Statens Kunstakademie in 1998 with a soundwork; using the sound of people playing squash. I still sometimes use sound in my work. My interest in it is based on my interest in working with space. The exhibition will show work in different media: photographes, computer aided drawings, video and sound. Sometimes the work is revering just to itself but I think - or I hope - that they have some commen ground... A woman seems to be floating in the air - just above the ground - although the little stool she is sitting on is visible... Some photographes of holes in a wall seem to have turned into balls that are being hold in the air by the hands of an invisible jugler..." Dirkjan van der Linde
